Admission Procedure

Admission Policy

Completion of Admission form in all respect
Submission of Transfer or other certificates
Student being eligible in all respects, Payment of Registration due, deposit, other dues and annual ICA Membership charge
The decision of the Principal regarding admission is final
Admission offered and not accepted within the time stipulated will be cancelled
Following documents in original & a photocopy are to be submitted along with the Admission Form
1) Birth Certificate
2) Passport
3) Two-passport size photographs
4) School Leaving Certificate of previous school, duly countersigned by the Education Officer
5) Annual Report Card of the last class completed
6) Migration Certificate (for Gr. XI & XII)
On submission of the above documents, an admission test will be conducted.
Admissions applied for before September, the entrance exam will be based on the syllabus covered in previous class.
Admissions applied for after September, the entrance exam will be based on the portion for the half-yearly exams as given by the school.
Admission form can be collected from the school office @ N20,000.00/- during office hours from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

New pedagogical and curricular structure of school education (5+3+3+4):

3 years in Anganwadi/Balvatika/pre school and 12 years in school.

Foundational Learning Curriculum for Age group of 3-8 is divided into two parts: -

  1. Foundational Stage 1:

From age 3-6 in ECCE. Prior to the age of 5 every child will move to a Preparatory Class or "Balvatika-1,2 &3" (i.e., Before class 1)

  1. Foundational Stage 2:

Age 6-8. Grade 1-2

  1. Preparation Stage:

Age 8-11, Grades 3-5. Preparatory Stage, play, discovery and activity based and interactive class room learning.

  1. Middle Stage:

Age 11-14, Grade 6-8: Middle stage, experiential learning in the sciences, Mathematics, arts, social sciences and Humanities.

  1. Secondary Stage:

Age 14-18 Grade 9-12 Secondary Stage, Multidisciplinary study, greater critical thinking, flexibility and student choice of Subjects.

  • Medium of instruction up to grade 5 and preferably till grade 8 and beyond will be home Language / mother tongue/ local language
  • Beginning with Mathematics all subjects to be offered at 2 levels
  • School students will have 10 bag- less days during which they are taught a vocation of their choice (informal internship)
